5 Popular Home Design Trends

We’re back again and dipping our toes into the current design trends! With all the time people have been spending at home, they have really been stepping out of the comfort zone for this one. Here’s what we found…

1. Staying Pretty In Pink!

The delicate, pastel shades of pink are back! These shades became widely popular in 2016 when they were the introduced as Pantone’s Color of the Year. Pink brings a sense of peace to the home and pairs perfectly with grey, deep blue, and even green.

2. Very, Very Velvet.

Decor brands have been pushing for the velvet comeback for months and finally it’s happening! From velvet couches to chairs and even throw pillows, this style is here to stay! Or maybe just for another big moment in the spotlight…

3. Back To Black & White.

Homeowners are loving black and white design. It's sleek, simple, and modern all rolled into one! We love the black and white decor that incorporates accents like geometric shapes, towel sets, or even a bold accent wall in these colors. It’s really showing no signs of slowing down!

4. Wood You Go For It?

We love a good hardwood, but would you be open to the idea of incorporating more walnut chairs, tables, or bed frames? Pieces like these can bring a warm and inviting feeling to the home. Plus, they will be sure to catch your guests eye!

5. Really…Rattan?

Google revealed that the most popular design trend since March has been rattan…can you believe it? People have been busy searching internet for rattan furniture and accents. And since many of us are still staying home, this has been a prime time to redecorate or decorate our patios and start fresh. And that’s where the outdoor rattan furniture has been coming into play!
