Located in North Phoenix and nestled between three mountains, Moon Mountain, Lookout, and the North Mountain Preserve is Moon Valley. 

This tucked-away community was built around the Moon Valley Golf Course in the late 60’s. It is bounded by 7th Street, Thunderbird Road, and Coral Gables Drive.

There are exactly 29 separate subdivisions and over 1,600 homes located in Moon Valley. Today the majority of these homes are single-story, ranch style properties with really large lots anywhere from a 0.25 acres to an acre. The average home size is (blank) and the average price is (blank).
