Known as one of the most visible neighborhoods in Phoenix all because of its flourishing arts scene and eclectic neighborhood culture is Roosevelt Row.

Roosevelt Row's boundaries are roughly within 15 minutes walking distance from the Light Rail Station at Central and Roosevelt, extending to 7th Street, 7th Avenue, McDowell, and Fillmore. The light rail system is a huge symbol of the area as it helps connect Roosevelt Row to many other parts of the metro.
